ConocoPhillips CFO Bullock to Retire; Andy O'Brien Named Successor

ConocoPhillips (COP) shares were 2.6% higher in recent Thursday trading after the company said Chief Financial Officer W.L. Bullock will retire and be succeeded by Andy O'Brien on June 1.

O'Brien is currently senior vice president for strategy, commercial, sustainability and technology, and will retain those responsibilities after becoming CFO.

Bullock became CFO in 2020 after holding various roles across the company.
