智通财经APP讯，万科企业(02202)发布公告，公司于2022年6月6日完成“22万科03”发行，2025年6月6日为“22万科03”第3个计息年度付息日。根据《募集说明书》有关条款约定，公司将于本期债券第3个计息年度付息日前的第20个交易日，在指定的信息披露媒体上发布关于是否行使赎回选择权的公告。
根据公司实际情况及当前的市场环境，公司决定行使“22万科03”赎回选择权，对赎回登记日登记在册的“22万科03”全部赎回。
