智通财经APP讯，晋景新能(01783)发布公告，于2025年5月8日，本公司与中资环国际开发(深圳)有限公司(中资环国际)及广东邦普循环科技有限公司(邦普)(统称“各方”)订立谅解备忘录。根据备忘录的条款(其中包括)，中资环国际、本公司及邦普将在以下领域探索合作机遇：
(a) 行业资讯共享：合作方定期分享各自对全球电池回收政策趋势、行业洞察、技术突破等政策的解读及最新消息，共同应对该等政策变化所带来的挑战与机遇;
(b) 优势互补的业务合作：利用中资环国际在资源协调及市场拓展方面的优势、本公司的全球服务网络资源以及邦普先进的回收技术及运营经验，各方将在技术、设备及人才方面展开合作，积极探索互惠互利的业务合作模式;及
(c) 海外区域合作探索：探索在部分海外地区合作，共同建立及运营电池回收点及相关设施，发挥各方优势，实现资源共享及优势互补，并促进国际业务拓展。
董事会认为，中资环国际、本公司及邦普订立的备忘录将优化电池回收业务，各方可利用各公司于以下方面的竞争优势，在全球范围内打造高效及有效的电池材料回收及绿色物流解决方案。该等合作(倘落实)将进一步巩固本公司作为全球新能源业务市场先导者的地位。拟进行的合作亦符合本公司的发展战略。鉴于上述理由及裨益，董事会认为，订立备忘录符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
