智通财经APP获悉，黄金股延续涨势，截至发稿，灵宝黄金(03330)涨3.98%，报9.41港元；赤峰黄金(06693)涨2.62%，报29.35港元；山东黄金(01787)涨1.24%，报24.55港元；招金矿业(01818)涨0.31%，报19.32港元。
消息面上，5月7日，根据央行披露的官方储备资产数据显示，4月我国黄金储备为7377万盎司，较上月增加7万盎司。这是2024年11月以来，人民银行连续六个月增持黄金，整体符合市场预期。截至5月8日盘中，现货黄金价格重返3400美元/盎司关口。
中国银河证券发布研报称，黄金突破区间可能需等待美联储降息或实物黄金需求爆发。未来需要进一步观察美国经济情况，是滞胀还是衰退，如果出现滞胀并且美联储并未降息，那么黄金大概率呈现震荡向上。如果进入衰退，黄金会跟随其他大宗商品回调，直至美联储启动降息。黄金的震荡区间已经被系统性的提升到3150美元至3550美元，美联储降息后黄金有望上行至3700美元以上。另外，实物黄金需求旺盛或使得下半年黄金再次上行。
东方金诚首席宏观分析师认为，在国际金价大幅上行，叠创历史新高的背景下，近期人民银行持续增持黄金，主要原因是美国新政府上台后，全球政治、经济形势出现新变化，国际金价有可能在相当长一段时间内易涨难跌。这意味着从控制成本角度出发暂停增持黄金的必要性下降，而从优化国际储备结构角度增持黄金的需求上升。
