消息面上，5月7日，博创科技宣布计划投资3280万美元，用于建设长芯盛印尼生产基地三期扩产项目。此举旨在提升产能，满足国际市场对光通信产品的需求增长。该项目将进一步巩固公司在东南亚市场的布局，推动全球业务扩展。此外，长飞光纤表示，取得不超过2.88亿元股票回购专项贷款承诺函。
据悉，2022年4月8日，长飞光纤与博创科技五名股东签署股权转让协议及表决权委托协议，长飞光纤将取得博创科技合计25.43%的股份表决权，成为后者的控股股东及实际控制人。野村此前指出，长飞是中国光缆市场领导者之一，经过内地电讯运营商资本支出下降周期，认为该公司的业务多元化努力可能会在2025年取得成果。同时作为A股博创科技等股东，野村相信长飞将受惠于其全球人工智能网络产品的需求。
