Frasers Hospitality Trust's DPS Down 6% in Fiscal H1

Frasers Hospitality Trust's (SGX:ACV) distribution per stapled security, or DPS, declined 6% for the fiscal first half ended March 31 to SG$0.010257 from SG$0.010910 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

Distribution to stapled securityholders was down 6% to SG$19.8 million from SG$21.0 million during the period.

Income available for distribution declined 6.1% to SG$21.9 million from SG$23.4 million in the year-ago period.

Net property income fell 2.5% to SG$43.5 million from SG$44.7 million a year earlier.

Gross revenue was slightly up 0.9% year over year to SG$63.8 million from SG$63.3 million, mainly due to increased contributions from Koto no Hako.
