先机企业集团(00176.HK) 公布，于4月28日收到由周伟成向公司、绍璇、国迅和津信企业的注册办事处发出的通知，内容有关委任富事高咨询的霍羲禹及周伟成就公司、绍璇及国迅的定期贷款，抵押予恒生银行(00011.HK) 的资产，即包括绍璇及国迅所持有的上环干诺道中168-200号信德中心西座1501、1502、1510、1511、1512A及1512室的物业，作为连带接管人和管理人。
先机企业集团表示，收到通知后曾寻求与恒生银行协商，暂缓委任接管人，但至昨日(6日)已获悉将不会暂缓委任接管人。目前上述定期贷款未偿还本金及应计利息分别为约2.17亿及2,182万元。
