　　苹果公司（AAPL）正紧急寻求暂停执行法官罗杰斯（Rogers）的强制令——该命令要求苹果允许开发者添加应用内购的第三方支付链接。

　　苹果在向第九巡回法院提交的动议中称，这一对其应用商店的“极端干预”将造成“不可挽回的损害”。

　　苹果指控上周颁布的禁令（源于Epic Games反垄断案）超出合理范围，不仅禁止苹果对应用外交易抽成，还强制规定开发者应用中链接的排版与文案。

　　该公司强调，这些从未被判定为非法的规则若被推翻，将导致“每年巨额收入损失”，并削弱其管理应用商店核心功能的能力。

　　Epic Games反击称，苹果的动议是“阻挠竞争、榨取高额附加费用的最后挣扎”，并指出新规已让开发者初步获得提供更优价格与支付方式的自由。

　　苹果则申辩：合规将剥夺其对应用商店设计与商业规则的控制权，破坏其打造的iOS生态。文件特别强调，已下架的Epic几乎不受暂缓执行影响，而苹果若被迫开放外链则面临“重大不可逆损害”。

　　音乐流媒体Spotify（SPOT）成为新规首个受益者，其最新应用版本已获准展示订阅价格与外链支付入口，公司称此举“增强透明度与用户选择权”。
