【东京中央拍卖股权易手复牌大涨100%，交易对手瑞和数智度涨超50%】金十数据5月6日讯，东京中央拍卖(01939.HK)公布，其74.99%股权易手，今早复牌一度抽高1.12倍至3.18元。交易对手瑞和数智(03680.HK)一度涨超50%。消息面上，东京中央拍卖公布，ESSA FINANCIAL GROUP LTD、瑞和数智及两名买方，以约1.65亿元，向董事会主席及控股股东安藤湘桂买入购共约74.99公司股权，其中要约人ESSA，按例提出强制性无条件现金要约，每股要约价0.44元，较停牌前的1.5元报价大幅折让70.67%。股份要约的价值约为55.01百万港元。要约人ESSA的唯一董事为黄仕坤，收购东京中央拍卖股权约为65.99%，瑞和数智收购3%，李杰峰及郑浩然亦各收购3%。黄仕坤为深圳金雅福控股集团的主席，金雅福主要从事黄金及珠宝产业链。
