智通财经APP讯，小黄鸭德盈(02250)公布，公司的全资附属公司德盈商贸(深圳)有限公司与贵州安顺黄果树国有资本运营有限责任公司和安顺黄果树旅游区拾七文旅有限公司(统称“合作方”)已就贵州黄果树小黄鸭主题漂流项目签署正式合作协议，共同开发及运营该项目。该项目位于天朗线白水河，合作期限由 2025 年 5 月 1 日至 2035 年 4 月 30 日止，为期十年。
根据合作协议，该集团将通过小黄鸭 B.Duck 品牌全方位赋能该项目的发展、经营配套及周边产品销售，并为该项目周边产品设计、规划、品牌授权等事宜提供整合支持。后续集团将与合作方携手合作，共同推动黄果树旅游区的高质量发展，打造全新的文化旅游体验。
此外，集团已成立小黄鸭德盈文旅(深圳)有限公司，以“IP+全产业链”模式全面布局文旅业态，专注于文旅游乐和实景娱乐两大领域，致力于打造兼具趣味性与可持续性的 IP 文旅生态圈。
