Odaily星球日报讯 QCP Capital 于其官方频道发文称，台币波动迅速波及区域外汇市场，港元/美元货币对受冲击明显，港元汇率攀升至交易区间强势端，接近与美元挂钩汇率下限 7.75。香港金融管理局果断出手，两次操作共卖出 733 亿港元捍卫联系汇率制度，效果显著，香港银行同业拆息利率全线大跌，对冲基金纷纷平仓美元/港元套息交易，1 个月期利率单日暴跌近 60 个基点。目前市场暂稳，但若港元继续走强，HIBOR 利率或再跌，平仓局面或更无序。外汇市场的平仓也引发了市场对美国贸易紧张局势缓和的猜测，比特币迅速做出反应，上涨 3%至 97,000 美元，抹去了周末的跌幅。但此次上涨并非仅由外汇市场驱动。 另一个催化剂来自新罕布什尔州，该州州长批准了一项具有里程碑意义的措施，建立了美国首个州级比特币储备金。该立法允许将最多 5%的公共资金分配给加密货币和贵金属。就目前而言，由于市值门槛设定为 5000 亿美元，比特币是唯一符合条件的数字资产。尽管这只是州级层面的一项小政策调整，但对于加密货币的机构化未来而言，却是一大步迈进。
