新茶饮行业在资本市场又迎来一位“优等生”。
智通财经APP获悉，5月8日，成立于2013年的沪上阿姨(02589)成功在港交所上市，开盘高开超68%报190.6港元/股，为港股消费板块注入新动力。
从披露的财务数据来看，沪上阿姨展现出稳健的经营成长性。2022至2024年，沪上阿姨分别实现营业收入21.99亿元、33.48亿元、32.85亿元;调整净利润分别达到1.54亿元、4.16亿元、4.18亿元，经营保持相对稳定。毛利方面，公司毛利率逆势增长，由2023年的30.4%增长至2024年的31.3%。
在品牌战略方面，沪上阿姨围绕“沪上阿姨”“沪咖”与“轻享版”三大品牌概念，构建出多层次、差异化的产品矩阵，精准覆盖多元消费人群。渠道方面，公司持续深化对三线及以下城市的布局，截至2024年12月31日，沪上阿姨网络中三线及以下城市门店占比已达50.4%，体现出其在下沉市场的深厚渗透力与渠道优势。
根据招股书披露，公司预计通过本次IPO募集净额约1.73亿港元，其中约25%将用于提升数字化能力，包括优化会员管理体系、升级基础设施及门店系统，以及强化自主研发的加盟商平台;约20%将投入产品研发与原材料升级，推动热销产品创新与设备更新;另有20%用于强化供应链能力，覆盖生产、仓储与物流体系;15%将用于品牌建设，10%用于市场营销，剩余10%作为营运资金及其他用途。伴随上市契机，沪上阿姨有望在品牌力与运营力等方面多维发力，进一步夯实其在新式茶饮赛道的竞争优势，释放长期成长价值。
