联想集团(00992)重磅发布新一代液冷技术 散热能力较传统方案翻倍提升
2025联想创新科技大会（Tech World），联想集团(00992)重磅发布面向个人与企业的“超级智能体”，以创新突破加速混合式AI的全面落地。凭借感知与交互、认知与决策、自主与演进三大核心能力，超级智能体将成为个性化AI的超级入口，助力个人释放创造力，帮助企业激发新增长动能。
联想集团副总裁、中国基础设施业务群总经理陈振宽发布了浸没式液冷领域取得的技术创新成果——“飞鱼”仿生散热设计和“双循环”相变浸没制冷系统，为用户提供更绿色的算力。
在单相浸没方面，联想推出“飞鱼”仿生散热设计，通过模拟鱼在水中游动的姿态，降低热阻与流阻，成功突破了散热器性能瓶颈，最大支持功耗提升20%，帮助用户以最小的代价解决下一代600W芯片的散热难题，该项技术已在我们的产品中实现应用。
在相变浸没领域，联想发布与清华大学联合研发的“双循环”相变浸没制冷系统，通过创新的外接单相换热器设计，实现相变腔体温度的精准控制和沸腾换热效能的显著提升，散热能力较传统方案翻倍提升，系统PUE低至1.035，达业界领先水平。
