5月8日，绿城中国（03900）发布经营数据公告。根据公告，2025年4月，自投项目共取得销售2,103套，销售面积约29万平方米，销售金额约为116亿元，销售均价约为每平方米4.03万元。
2025年1月至4月期间，合同销售面积约为137万平方米，合同销售金额约477亿元，其中归属于公司的权益金额约为298亿元。
截至2025年4月30日，累计已签认购协议未转销售合同的金额约28亿元，其中归属于公司的权益金额约16亿元。
在代建项目方面，2025年4月取得销售面积约53万平方米，销售金额约为72亿元，1月至4月累计销售面积约171万平方米，销售金额约为233亿元。
总的来看，截至2025年4月30日，公司累计合同销售面积约为308万平方米，合同销售金额约为710亿元。
