智通财经APP获悉，内房股集体高开，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)涨8.11%，报1.6港元；金辉控股(09993)涨5.47%，报2.89港元；龙湖集团(00960)涨5%，报10.92港元；碧桂园(02007)涨4.71%，报0.445港元；万科企业(02202)涨4.46%，报5.62港元。
消息面上，5月7日，中国人民银行行长潘功胜在国新办举行的新闻发布会上宣布，降准0.5个百分点，向市场提供长期流动性约1万亿元，并降低政策利率0.1个百分点。此外，降低个人住房公积金贷款利率0.25个百分点，5年期以上首套房利率由2.85%降至2.6%，其他期限的利率同步调整。国家金融监管总局局长李云泽表示，近期将加快出台与房地产发展新模式适配的系列融资制度。
华泰证券研报指，4月，百强房企（公司可比口径）单月销售金额环比下降14.8%，同比下降14.6%，降幅较3月走阔2.7个百分点；1-4月累计销售金额同比下降10.1%，增速较1-3月走阔1.8个百分点。从前瞻指标来看，4月销售市场迎来季节性调整，整体带看量与二手中介门店成交量环比均有所回落。进入二季度，该行认为房地产行业增量政策窗口逐步打开，结合更加积极有为的宏观政策以及更加积极的财政政策定调，该行认为后续需关注实操政策落地节奏。
