Genesis Energy Shares Decline After Q1 Net Loss Widens, Revenue Falls

Genesis Energy (GEL) shares declined 2% in early trading Thursday after the company reported a Q1 net loss from continuing operations of $0.60 per diluted unit, widening from a loss of $0.15 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $398.3 million, down from $434.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts' estimates were not readily available for comparison.
