金吾财讯 | 内银股普升，泸州银行(01983)涨6.51%，广州农商银行(01551)涨4.32%，招商银行(03968)涨3.04%，中国银行(03988)涨1.35%，建设银行(00939)涨1.22%。中信证券研报指出，“一行一局一会”定调积极，支持性的货币政策有望提振宏观经济运行表现。降息虽然影响银行资产收益率和息差，但降息幅度小于预期隐含监管对于银行息差的兼顾，同时预计后续将引导银行存款挂牌利率下降，有效对冲影响。针对房地产、小微、外贸等重点部门的支持政策也有望稳定银行相关资产风险预期。整体而言，新政对于银行经营预期影响中性偏正向。
