5月8日，耐普矿机（300818.SZ）公告称，公司拟通过全资子公司新加坡耐普环球资源投资有限公司以现金出资方式认购瑞士公司Veritas Resources AG新发行股份，认购金额合计4500万美元，及180万美元或630万美元或有认购。认购完成后，公司将持有维理达资源22.5%股权。维理达资源现持有CMH Colombia S.A.S.50%股权，CMH公司通过其全资子公司拥有哥伦比亚San Matias项目下Alacran铜金银矿的相关权益。
