智通财经APP获悉，加拿大电商服务商Shopify(SHOP.US)2025年第一季度销售额达23.6亿美元，超出分析师预期的23.4亿美元。Shopify 系统上的商品交易总额(GMV)，即商家通过 Shopify 系统实现的销售总额，达到了 747.5 亿美元。这一数字略微低于华尔街分析师的预期，分析师们此前预测该季度的商品交易总额为 748 亿美元。
该公司首席财务官Jeff Hoffmeister曾透露，其跨境业务占2024年第四季度GMV的14%，而本月美国关闭的“最低限度”关税豁免政策(允许800美元以下中国商品免税入境)将直接冲击该板块。
Shopify预计，截至6月底的第二季度营收将同比增长约24%-26%，高于分析师此前23%的预期。然而，这一看似积极的指引背后，暗藏着高额关税带来的不确定性。
投资者当前面临的核心矛盾在于：尽管Shopify一季度业绩超预期，但贸易战对中小电商卖家的潜在冲击尚未明朗。作为B2B电商软件提供商，Shopify的客户中不乏依赖中国供应链的商家，若关税导致采购成本攀升，可能进一步压缩商家利润，进而影响其对Shopify服务的续费与升级需求。
市场分析指出，Shopify正试图通过拓展欧洲及东南亚市场对冲风险，但短期内贸易政策波动仍将是其股价波动的主要变量。
