The new bill in the state of Missouri was passed by the state legislature on May 7 and has been sent to the governor. Upon signing, it will officially take effect. The proposal stipulates that capital gains obtained by investors through the sale of stocks, real estate, and other assets will no longer be subject to state income tax.
