ACV's Q1 Loss Narrows, Revenue Rises; Reiterates 2025 Revenue Guidance

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $182.7 million, compared with $145.7 million a year earlier.

The company expects Q2 revenue of $193 million to $198 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $195.6 million.

For 2025, the company reiterated its revenue guidance of $765 million to $785 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $773.1 million.

Shares of the company rose more than 9% in premarket activity Thursday.
