智通财经APP获悉，老铺黄金(06181)午后跌超8%，截至发稿，跌8.11%，报680港元，成交额12.13亿港元。
消息面上，老铺黄金4月初公告，公司已向香港联交所提交申请，拟将三名股东持有的4039万股非上市股份转换为H股并上市交易。此外，6月28日，老铺黄金将迎来上市后最大规模限售股解禁，12名股东合计持有的14264.25万股股份（占总股本86.44%）将解禁。
值得注意的是，瑞银此前发表报告指，根据该行与投资者的对话，买方对老铺黄金2025年的盈利预期为40亿至60亿人民币，即按年增长170%至 300%，该行认为预期似乎偏高，并且公司面临金价波动、各店财报分化以及毛利率可能按年下降的短期下行风险。另一个下行风险是股东的潜在获利回吐。该行指出，买方预期过高，意味着短期下行风险。
