GeneDx Holdings (WGS) said Wednesday it completed the acquisition of Fabric Genomics, a provider of artificial intelligence-powered genomic interpretation.
The company previously said in April it was to pay up to $33 million in cash upon closing and up to another $18 million if certain milestones are met.
Shares of GeneDx were down more than 3% in recent Wednesday trading.
