Polaris (SGX:5BI) said it will cease its quarterly reporting with immediate effect, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The development comes after the company's auditor reported that it no longer requires to undertake quarterly financial reporting.
The company's next financial statements will be for the half year ending June 30.
