智通财经APP获悉，东京中央拍卖(01939)今早复牌暴涨逾100%后涨幅逐步收窄，午后转跌超14%，全天振幅已超129%。截至发稿，跌14.67%，报1.28港元，成交额4092.94万港元。
消息面上，东京中央拍卖公布，ESSA FINANCIAL GROUP LTD、瑞和数智及两名买方，以约1.65亿港元，向董事会主席及控股股东安藤湘桂买入购共约74.99公司股权，其中要约人ESSA，按例提出强制性无条件现金要约，每股要约价0.44港元，较停牌前的1.5港元报价大幅折让70.67%。股份要约的价值约为5501万港元。要约人ESSA的唯一董事为黄仕坤，收购东京中央拍卖股权约为65.99%，瑞和数智、李杰峰、郑浩然亦各收购3%。
