呷哺呷哺：“五一”假期营收增长18.85% 新店单日营业额破5万元
5月6日，记者从呷哺集团获悉，“五一”假期餐饮市场活力迸发。5月1日至5日，呷哺呷哺整体营收同比增长18.85%，北京核心商圈门店增长超31%，新开业的北京定慧里门店单日营业额突破5万元。另一品牌凑凑火锅日均营业额达到平日周末水平，单日营业额约为非假期的3倍，茶香锅底、限定海鲜新品及包间服务拉动消费升级，旅游城市与一线近郊门店表现尤为突出，印证假日消费半径扩大趋势。
