BlockBeats 消息，5 月 8 日，中国湖南省娄底中院发布电信网络诈骗及其关联犯罪典型案例，刘某等三人在长沙岳麓区成立诈骗工作室，通过"亚裔美女"身份包装，以 Hconex 数字货币平台为幌子实施诈骗。犯罪团伙通过操控后台数据，使受害人投资的虚拟货币全部"亏损"，共计骗取 100 余万元。
湖南省双峰县人民法院一审、娄底市中级人民法院二审判决：主犯刘某获刑 11 年 6 个月，罚金 30 万元；康某获刑 11 年 2 个月，罚金 30 万元；曾某获刑 7 年 6 个月，罚金 9 万元。三人违法所得依法追缴。
