智通财经APP讯，宏基集团控股(01718)发布公告，于2025年4月28日(星期一)下午四时正(即配售代理配售未获认购供股股份的最后时限)，配售事项下所有7470.82万股未获认购股份已成功按每股0.2港元的价格(相等于认购价)配售。因此，并无根据补偿安排可分派予不行动股东或除外股东的净收益。根据供股的接纳结果及补偿安排的配售结果，将予配发及发行的供股股份为1.152亿股供股股份，相当于供股项下提呈发售以供认购的供股股份总数的100%。
