　　北京时间5月3日晚，伯克希尔哈撒韦股东大会隆重举办。现场有一名14岁的中国香港男孩现场向巴菲特“求职”——像我这样的全球青少年想要成为伯克希尔的一分子，最重要的要素是什么？我应该学习哪些知识，这样你将来会雇佣我？

　　这名男孩称，每年都会来股东大会，今年从凌晨两点开始就在场外排队了。“我爸爸持有伯克希尔的股票，他说我需要努力工作去挣得伯克希尔的股票”。

　　对此，伯克希尔公司副董事长格雷格·阿贝尔回应称，“生活中有很多事情很重要，但如果你以良好的职业道德开始，并抱着想要做出贡献的态度，你会在生活中走得更远，会找到很大的乐趣”。

　　沃伦·巴菲特也给出了自己的建议：保持好奇心，多读书。

　　“我们真的很期待你成为伯克希尔的一员的那一天”，格雷格说。
