周一美股盘前，奈飞大跌超5%。消息面上，美国总统特朗普最新表示，授权商务部和美国贸易代表立即启动程序，对所有在国外制作的进入美国的电影征收100%的关税。
据悉，特朗普在社交媒体上发文称美国的电影工业正在“快速死亡”，其他国家正在通过提供各种优惠政策让美国制片人和电影工作室离开美国。他认为好莱坞和美国其他地方一样也在遭受重创，而出现这样的现象是因为“其他国家的行为”，因此对美国构成了“国家安全威胁”。基于国家安全威胁，特朗普要求美国商务部和美国贸易代表立刻启动程序，对所有外国制作、进入美国的电影征收100%关税。
好莱坞行业媒体报道称，近年不少美国电影公司前往英国、澳大利亚、加拿大、爱尔兰和西班牙等国制作大片，好莱坞也需要借此降低影片成本。媒体指出，对外国制作电影加征关税的做法或将对美国娱乐产业产生重大冲击。
美国战略与国际问题研究中心资深研究员、美国商务部前官员威廉·赖因施认为，特朗普对外国制作电影加征关税“弊远大于利”，将“杀死美国电影产业”，且外国制作电影构成“国家安全威胁”的说辞很难让人信服。
