Japan Airlines Co (TYO:9201) posted a 12% year-on-year rise in profit attributable to owners to 107 billion yen in fiscal 2024, according to a Friday filing with the Tokyo bourse.
Earnings per share in the year ended March 31 increased to 245.09 yen from 218.61 yen in the previous year.
Revenue rose 12% on year to 1.844 trillion yen, the filing said.
The carrier expects attributable profit to climb 7.4% to 115 billion yen in fiscal 2025, with revenue expected to grow 7.2% to 1.977 trillion yen.
Japan Airlines raised its full-year dividend to 86 yen from 75 yen a year earlier and projects a further increase to 92 yen for the year ending March 2026.
