智通财经APP讯，渣打集团(02888)发布公告，Maria Ramos 已履新集团主席职务，而 José Viñals 已自董事会退任。因此， Maria 已退任高级独立董事以及董事会风险委员会、审核委员会及薪酬委员会成员，并已获委任为管治及提名委员会主席。上述变动已于今日举行的股东周年大会后随即生效。
公司进一步宣布，独立非执行董事 Phil Rivett 获委任为董事会风险委员会主席，惟须待取得监管批准后方可作实。彼亦已获委任为高级独立董事，以接替 Maria 的该两项职务。
独立非执行董事 Jackie Hunt 已获委任为审核委员会主席，惟须待取得监管批准后方可作实。
在接获监管批准前，Phil 将即时暂任董事会风险委员会主席一职。此外，在 Jackie 就出任审核委员会主席职务接获监管批准前，彼将继续留任审核委员会主席。
Jackie 亦已获委任加入管治及提名委员会，自2025年5月8日起生效。
