Endeavour Group (ASX:EDV) said its group sales fell 1.7% in the fiscal third quarter to AU$2.84 million from AU$2.89 million a year earlier, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company's hotel sales improved, while the retail business continued to recover from the impact of supply chain disruption.
The group expects to add three net new stores and complete 14 renewals across its retail business, and it plans to complete eight renewals, Chairman Ari Mervis
said. It remains on track to lodge two development applications for the Forest Hotel in New South Wales and the Doncaster Shoppingtown Hotel in Victoria, Mervis added.
The group expects to complete the refinancing of its AU$1 billion debt facility expiring in June 2026 before the end of fiscal 2025.
Endeavour Group's shares added about 1% in recent Monday trade.
