智通财经APP讯，中电港(001287.SZ)发布公告，合计持有公司股份7392.84万股(占公司总股本比例9.7287%)的中电坤润一期(天津)股权投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(以下简称“中电坤润基金”)和北京中电发展股权投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)(以下简称“中电发展基金”)计划通过集中竞价交易方式和大宗交易方式减持公司股份数量合计不超过2279.7万股(占公司总股本比例3%)。其中以集中竞价方式减持的，计划在公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内进行，且任意连续90日内减持股份总数不超过公司总股本的1%;以大宗交易方式减持的，计划在公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内进行，且任意连续90日内减持股份总数不超过公司股份总数的2%。公司股东中电坤润基金与中电发展基金为一致行动人。
