Sapiens International Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Full-Year Revenue Guidance Raised

Sapiens International (SPNS) reported Q1 non-GAAP net income Thursday of $0.37 per diluted share, up from $0.36 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.35.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $136.1 million, up from $134.2 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $136.3 million.

The company raised its full-year 2025 non-GAAP revenue outlook to a range of $574 million to $578 million from its previous guidance of $553 million to $558 million. Four analysts polled by FactSet expect $555.8 million.

The company's shares were up 2.9% in early trading.
