智通财经APP获悉，云锋金融(00376)尾盘涨超30%，截至发稿，涨26.56%，报1.62港元，成交额1820.64万港元。
消息面上，蚂蚁控股全资子公司上海云进通过旗下公司向香港耀才证券金融发起要约收购。申万宏源指出，蚂蚁本次收购耀才证券拟在补足云锋金融牌照空缺。该行指出，目前云锋金融拥有香港证监会1、4、6、9号金融服务牌照，可以提供证券交易、证券咨询、机构融资咨询、资产管理等服务。本次蚂蚁拟收购的耀才证券则为补足了2、5号牌照，对应可以额外从事期货合约交易、就期货合约提供意见。
此外，据财新引述消息人士透露，蚂蚁集团计划将旗下注册在新加坡的海外板块蚂蚁国际单独在香港上市，现正与监管部门沟通上市的可能性。报道指，蚂蚁国际收入约占蚂蚁集团20%，而蚂蚁国际拥有Alipay+、安通环球(Antom)和万里汇(WorldFirst)及Bettr四大核心产品，覆盖C端支付、B端收单、B2B收付兑等跨境支付服务。
