新浪科技讯 5月7日晚间消息，今晚在《理想A Talk第二季》节目中，理想汽车CEO李想谈及怎样变成一个有能量的人时提到，“用成长替代改变，更重要的是我有没有成长，我们在做汽车之家的时候，我说做好业务就行了，资本根本不重要，最后我们其实折在了资本上。”

　　正因如此，他表示，在做理想汽车的时候就非常注重资本，请最好的FA（财务顾问），请最好的律所，股权架构的设计、投票权，今天大家可以看到所有的新势力企业里面，理想汽车的股权架构、治理结构、资本现金管理都是做得最好的。我并没有改变我的业务，其实是增强了一个能力，所以它是个成长。我们会面临方方面面的能力成长，就能给自己带来能量。你的成长有自己的能量，然后你又不跟自己纠结，当有这个能力的时候，我们再看待别人其实也是一样。（罗宁）
