智通财经APP讯，康耐特光学(02276)公布，为深化全球战略布局及提升定制化镜片生产能力，公司拟通过日本间接全资子公司Asahi Lite Optical Co., Ltd.(朝日光学株式会社)投资建设自动化车房树脂镜片产线，专注于高端定制化镜片的生产与销售。项目规划总投资约400万美元，资金来源于集团内部资金，目前预计于2025年7月31日前完成产线建设并正式投产。
考虑到公司于美国市场敞口的覆盖，此举可进一步增强公司供应链韧性。通过日本本土化生产，可有效对冲中美贸易摩擦导致的关税成本上升风险，确保对美国市场的稳定供应。日本产线的区位优势亦将提升亚太地区客户响应速度。
新建产线将采用全自动化设备及自动化升级改造后的各项技术，满足消费者个性化需求，助力品牌溢价提升。
预计首期投产后年产能可比现有车房定制片提升20%，可覆盖北美市场。董事会不排除未来根据市场需求启动二期扩建及技术升级计划，惟一切尚待落实。
结合公司现有产能布局，预计日本车房产线将会同位于中国江苏和上海的两大生产基地发挥协同效应，降低综合生产成本。多元化生产基地布局将增强应对地缘政治不确定性及汇率波动的能力。
此次投资标志着集团全球化制造战略的重要里程碑。董事会相信，依托日本间接全资子公司的技术沉淀及自动化产能提升，公司将进一步巩固在高端光学树脂镜片市场的领导地位，为股东创造长期价值。
