观点网讯：5月6日，招商证券股份有限公司（以下简称“招商证券”）发布公告，宣布吴宗敏先生因到龄退休，辞去公司执行董事、总裁等职务，辞任生效日期为2025年5月6日。

吴宗敏先生同时辞去的职务还包括董事会战略与可持续发展委员会委员、董事会风险管理委员会委员以及《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》第3.05条项下授权代表。

为确保公司运营的连续性，招商证券将按照相关规定尽快完成新任总裁的选聘工作。在新任总裁选出之前，公司董事长霍达先生将暂时代行总裁职务，以保证公司日常运营不受影响。
