SharkNinja's Q1 Adjusted Net Income Drops, Revenue Rises; Full-Year Guidance Increased

SharkNinja (SN) reported Q1 adjusted net income Thursday of $0.87 per diluted share, down from $1.06 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.73.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.22 billion, up from $1.07 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.17 billion.

The company increased its full-year 2025 adjusted net income to a range of $4.90 to $5.00 per diluted share from its previous range of $4.80 to $4.90. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $4.77.

SharkNinja also revised its full-year 2025 revenue expectations to increase 11% to 13% from its previous expectation of 10% to 12%. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $6.21 billion.

The company's shares jumped 10% in recent premarket activity on Thursday.
