康宁公司于5月1日宣布，公司总裁兼首席运营官孟安睿 (Eric S. Musser) 将在今年晚些时候荣休，结束其在公司长达39年的杰出职业生涯。正式退休前，孟安睿将继续履行现任职务。

自2025年5月1日起，孙浩楠(Hal Nelson)被任命为执行副总裁，并在孟安睿退休后正式接任首席运营官职位；Lewis Steverson即日起被任命为董事会副主席兼执行副总裁；张铮(John Zhang)即日起被任命为执行副总裁兼首席企业发展官。

孙浩楠, Steverson和张铮均为康宁的资深高管，自2020年康宁高级领导团队成立之初即担任核心成员。此次任命体现了康宁长期以来稳健有序的领导者继任规划机制，旨在确保公司价值创造战略的持续连贯执行。

新任命的三位领导者将与包括康宁公司执行副总裁兼首席财务官Ed Schlesinger在内的高级领导团队紧密协作，确保持续的卓越运营。他们将在公司信心十足的"Springboard"计划实施中发挥关键作用，助力康宁在2026年底前实现新增超过40亿美元的年度销售额、运营利润率达到20%的目标。
