Fair Isaac Plans $1.5 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Fair Isaac (FICO) said Thursday that it plans to offer $1.5 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2033 in a private offering.

The data analytics company said it intends to use the offering proceeds to repay certain indebtedness outstanding under its existing unsecured revolving credit facility and unsecured term loans, and for general corporate purposes.

The offering remains subject to market and certain other conditions, the company said.
