【时隔8个月政策性降息落地，新一轮存款利率下调预期升温】金十数据5月8日讯，5月7日，央行行长潘功胜在国新办新闻发布会上宣布，为实施好适度宽松的货币政策，加力支持实体经济，从5月8日起，公开市场7天期逆回购操作利率由此前的1.50%调整为1.40%，下调0.1个百分点。在宣布降息的同时，潘功胜同时表示，将通过利率自律机制引导商业银行相应下调存款利率。市场预计，这意味着新一轮存款利率调降即将开启。专家表示，随着存款利率走低，以及居民预期改善，资本市场、理财市场的吸引力或将进一步增强。下一阶段，在推动社会综合融资成本稳中有降的情况下，商业银行息差收窄压力仍然较大，因此，应继续下调存款利率，以进一步压降资金成本，减缓息差缩窄的压力。除了下调存款利率之外，商业银行还应减少对存款的利息补贴以及利息之外的费用，进一步压降存款的隐性成本。
