BUZZ-Krispy Kreme tumbles on annual forecast withdrawal

** Shares of doughnut chain Krispy Kreme DNUT.O down 16.4% at $3.62 premarket

** Company withdraws fiscal 2025 forecasts due to macroeconomic softness and uncertainty around the McDonald's deployment schedule

** DNUT says its doughnuts are now available in more than 2,400 McDonald's restaurants but is reassessing the deployment schedule together with the restaurant chain

** Krispy Kreme adds it does not expect to launch in any additional restaurants in Q2 2025

** Q1 net sales fell 15.3% to $375.2 million, missing estimates of $384.4 million, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Up to last close, stock has risen 14.4% so far this year
