该机构在周一夜间提交的法庭文件中表示，该公司应被责令立即出售其广告交易平台AdX，然后“逐步”剥离帮助网站销售展示广告的服务。
谷歌尚未立即对此置评。在周一夜间自己提交的文件里，谷歌提议让其广告交易平台与竞争对手的技术无缝协作，以及安装监控以确保未来三年遵守规定。该公司表示，它的提议将减轻一切所谓的损害，而且像政府提议的剥离方案不是此类案件中的可行补救措施。
