智通财经APP讯，环球医疗(02666)发布公告，经考虑安永会计师事务所已连续担任公司核数师超过十年，公司在综合考虑业务发展、成本效益及审计服务需求后，启动了核数师公开采购选聘程序。根据公开采购选聘结果及经董事会审核委员会推荐，安永将于公司将于2025年5月28日举行的应届股东周年大会结束时起退任公司核数师。
根据公开采购选聘结果及经审核委员会推荐，董事会已决议建议委任信永中和(香港)会计师事务所有限公司为公司核数师，任期自股东周年大会结束后开始及直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止，但须获股东于股东周年大会上批准。建议委任信永中和将于股东周年大会上以普通决议案方式提呈股东批准。
