智通财经APP获悉，东京中央拍卖(01939)今日复牌，盘中一度涨超100%，截至发稿，涨75.33%，报2.63港元，成交额1203.2万港元。此外，瑞和数智(03680)涨超45%。
消息面上，东京中央拍卖及要约人ESSA FINANCIAL GROUP LTD发联合公告，公司控股股东、执行董事兼董事会主席安藤湘桂作为卖方，于今年4月25日与要约人、瑞和数智(03680)、李杰峰及郑浩然等买方订立买卖协议，出售近3.75亿股公司股份，相当于公司全部已发行股本约74.99%，待售股份总代价1.65亿港元，相当于每股待售股份0.44元，较股份停牌前(4月22日)收市价1.5元折让70.67%。
于完成后，要约人将就公司所有其余已发行股份作出强制性无条件现金要约，并注销所有未行使购股权。股份要约的价值约为5501万元，合共4800万份购股权要约的价值为4800元。要约人将不会上调股份要约价。要约人拟在要约结束后维持公司在联交所的上市地位。
