消息面上，根据香港联交所5月7日披露的文件，JS&W Global Holding Limited Partnership于4月30日以每股均价1.5467港元场外增持JS环球生活 2.03亿股普通股股份，价值约3.14亿港元。增持后，JS&W Global Holding Limited Partnership最新持股数目为18.37亿股股份，好仓比例由47.02%升至52.87%。
补充资料显示，4月30日，王旭宁先生将约2.03股公司股份转让给JS&W Global Holding Limited Partnership。值得关注的是，今年1月15日，董事长兼首席执行官王旭宁增持JS环球生活2.66亿股，价值约4.04亿港元。1月23日，王旭宁增持JS环球生活1.4亿股，价值约2.23亿港元。两次增持后，持仓比例已升至70.86%。
