【关于向关联方提供10亿元循环借款 碧桂园服务回应】金十数据5月7日讯，碧桂园服务发布公告称，公司于5月6日与必胜及Fortune Warrior签订借款合同，同意向借款方提供本金金额合共10亿元（或等值港元）的循环借款融通。对此，碧桂园服务(06098.HK)方面回应记者称，公司董事会基于对全体股东共同利益考虑，以大股东所持公司股份为抵押物，作出向其提供借款的决策。所得款项将由大股东定向转借给碧桂园集团，有助于大股东履行保交楼承诺，协助碧桂园集团加快交付进度。根据借款合同约定，该借款年利息5%，高于银行利息收益，还本付息方式为大股东偿付或公司分红权还款，还款确定性有保障。根据借款合同，在极端情况下公司将以远低于净资产价格回购注销大股东抵押股份，全体股东利益将获得保障。
