　　吉利汽车(00175.HK)宣布，向控股65.66%、在美国纽交所挂牌上市的极氪(Zeekr)提交非约束性报价函，初步表明其有意进行私有化建议，吉利汽车建议以每股极氪股份2.566美元或每股美国存托股票25.66美元作为对极氪的估值。

　　吉利汽车指，倘若私有化建议落实并完成，极氪将成为公司的全资附属公司，实现私有化、并于纽交所退市。

　　吉利汽车表示，私有化建议将为集团创建一个统一的上市平台，全面整合极氪的资产及资源，从而提升集团乘用车业务的竞争力；也将有助于集团确定极氪未来的战略方向，以应对全球市场及经济挑战。

　　吉利汽车指，已请求极氪予以配合，以就私有化建议进行惯常的商业、法律、财务及会计尽职调查。公司将与极氪进一步磋商，以协议具体条款及订立最终协议。预期极氪董事会将对私有化建议进行独立评估，且极氪董事会的独立、无利害关系成员将考虑私有化建议。

　　极氪，于2024年5月10日在美国纽交所挂牌上市，当时以每股21美元的IPO价格募资约4.41亿美元。截至周三(2025年5月7日)收市，其每股收报25.19美元，目前市值约64.03亿美元。
